New Door Ventures

Ally Job Partners

Jobs in partnership with local businesses and organizations to invest in the lives of local youth.

The Ally job partnership is a dynamic internship program open to youth ages 17-21. New Door partners with Ally sites - businesses and organizations in the local community who provide real jobs for youth.

New Door pays for the interns' wages, as well as provides all of the HR and administrative support. We ask the businesses to pay nothing, and simply provide 10 to 15 hours of meaningful work each week over the course of the internship. As a nonprofit, New Door encourages Ally job partners who can afford it to make a tax-deductible contribution towards youth wages.

If your business or organization might be interested in becoming an Ally site, please contact Carin Marrs, at 415-920-9200 x307.
