Is the New Door Employment Program for me?
While the employment program offers various kinds of support, the program mainly specializes in helping youth who:
- Have less than 6 months of total on the job work experience or have not worked in a job for more than 6 months
- Have a desire to create or improve their resume and cover letter
- Do not have experience searching for a job or interviewing for a job
- Are looking to work after completing the program
- Have a connection to housing for 3 or more months
- Are low income (On free & reduced lunch or on public assistance – Medical, EBT, SSI, Section 8)
